How Long Does the Warranty Last?

Our warranties extend for a minimum of 1 year to 5 years depending upon the product, provided the product is installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Details of the warranty period for specific products will be indicated on the product details page.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty fully covers any defects in material or workmanship. If the product is found to be faulty, we will promptly and efficiently replace it at no cost to you. Receiving Your Product

Upon receiving your product, please inspect it within 7 days of delivery. If you discover any issues, contact us by email or submit a report on our Warranty Form page to inform us of the problem. Following your notification, the goods should be returned to us for inspection to confirm the issues. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed, and products should not be returned without prior instructions from our team.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty is valid only when a product is installed and operated in accordance with the provided instructions. Warranty does not cover problems arising from incorrect installation. Aesthetic issues, such as color and fitting, must be reported before installation. For products that require electrical installation, the warranty will not apply if the product is installed by anyone other than a qualified and licensed electrician. Proof of qualified electrical installation, such as an Electrical Safety Certificate, may be requested.

We do not accept liability for any direct or consequential damages, losses, or other expenses resulting from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of an appliance. In cases where a warranty service call is made, and no fault is found with the product, or if the fault is due to incorrect installation or operation, the purchaser may be responsible for a call-out service fee and/or repair costs.

Does the Warranty Cover Globes?

Globes (light bulbs) are excluded from warranty coverage if they are separate from the fans.
