How long does the warranty last?
Most fans on our website include a total warranty period of up to 6 years, with an in-home component for part of that period. The length and type of warranty for each fan are shown on its product page.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty fully covers any defects in material or workmanship. If the product is found to be faulty, we will promptly and efficiently replace it at no cost to you. Receiving your product
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything isn’t right, contact us and we’ll help promptly with the next steps.
Things to know
Please report any cosmetic concerns, such as colour or fit, before installation.
To keep your warranty in effect, please have your fan installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
For service outside metropolitan areas, a travel fee may apply.
For in-home service, we may engage an authorised third-party contractor.
If a service call finds no fault with the product, or an issue is due to incorrect installation or use, call-out and/or repair costs may be payable by the purchaser.

Australian Consumer Law notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
