Returns Policy

Retail Customers

We’re confident in the quality of our products and back them with a premium warranty. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged and fall within our warranty terms.

A product cannot be returned if:

  1. You misinterpreted the product specifications on our website.
  2. You made inaccurate assumptions about the product, such as size, installation, illumination, and electrical configurations.
  3. You simply changed your mind, including preferences regarding color or size.

Trade Customers

For trade customers, returned products will be refunded minus a minimum 25% restocking fee. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date, and the refund will be processed after confirmation that the products have been returned in their original new condition with the original, unmarked packaging.

A product cannot be returned if it is:

  1. Custom-made, including powder coating.
  2. Scratched, marked, or otherwise modified.

Color

Colors displayed on your computer screen may slightly differ from their real-life counterparts. Such variations are entirely normal and do not constitute a valid reason for return.

Claims

If you need to initiate a return claim, please use our Contact Us page to inform us of the issue. Once we confirm that a return or exchange should take place, you will receive detailed instructions for the return process. Please refrain from returning items without prior instructions, as we operate from multiple warehouses and need to track your item efficiently.
