To access trade rates, your total order must be at least $800. Smaller orders should be placed via our online store.

Who qualifies for trade pricing?
Eligible customers include electricians, builders, interior designers, architects, developers, and commercial operators with a valid ABN.

Where are items shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled from warehouses located across Australia, with a few products dispatched from New Zealand.
What are the shipping charges?
For most trade orders, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Trade orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy for trade customers?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unmarked, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition. Custom orders and certain items—such as solar products, powder-coated or production-assembled fittings including lamp posts, coach lights, sconces, and battens—cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply to returned trade orders.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are available on the relevant product pages.
